  • Dress ensemble of grey and white pinstripe silk taffeta trimmed in pleated ivory organdy with black crocheted lace overlay: a) Bodice has high round neckline; crocheted covered accent buttons down front with concealed hook and eye closures; long, pagoda sleeves with bow accent of pinstripe silk; fitted through the torso with skirted points over the hips and bustle; bow and crescent panel over the bustle; lined in muslin with boning. b) Skirt of pinstripe silk with cartridge pleats at center-back below waistband; tiered flounces and ruffle at hem; full-length. c) Over-skirt of pinstripe silk trimmed in self-lace and organdy; front of skirt is mid-length and dipped longer in back just above hem; hidden pocket; cartridge pleats at back.
